Our Story
Our highly talented chefs have years of experience working in Italy and across the globe. Hailing from Naples, Luigi has been creating woodfired pizza for over 15 years, receiving various awards and recognition in pizza making competitions. His passion is poured into the Vanto menu, with various customer favourites including the Vanto (fresh buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto) and the Gamberi (prawns, cherry tomatoes, garlic, chilli).
